New Appointment Policy

To guarantee accuracy and efficiency, we require all tax documents to be submitted at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. This allows our team to thoroughly review your information ahead of time. Appointments may be subject to cancellation or rescheduling if documents are not submitted on time.

This policy helps us:

  • Ensure your tax return falls within our scope of expertise.

  • Prevent delays and wasted time.

  • Provide every client with a professional and comprehensive tax service.

Consultation Policy for New Clients

Starting with the 2026 tax year, all new clients will have a $25 consultation fee. This fee will be applied as a credit toward your total if you choose to proceed with our tax preparation services.

If you decide not to move forward, the fee compensates us for the time and professional expertise we provided during your consultation.
